How To Use It

First you are going to want to apply the base color- we will be using the Spring cat eye kit as an example but the process is the same for each kit.

Then with your Walk the Line brush apply the liner. If you are using iline then take a small dot of the gel (even smaller than what is pictured) and put your brush in the gel and then put the brush in the color you wish to apply- this case being Shameless.

Then apply the liner as close to the lash as possible going upwards from the tip of your eye. Make the line as thin or thick as you prefer.
