BALANCE – How To Get The Look

BALANCE – How To Get The Look

Balance is our blue green hue. The model in the photo above is a Winter in her Balance hue so her blue greens lean more towards the blue rather than the green hue. Balance is the internal effort within a person to create a compromise between their needs and wants, their desires and their goals, and their challenges and their strengths.

Color is all about how you rock it and what you want to say. That is why we design our colors within Intentional Spaces instead of traditional color groupings. Utilizing the Munsell color chart we use the 12 hues to create our Intentional groupings.

Within this color scheme we utilized Winter Ubiquitous as the liner, Hooligan as the outer V accent color and underneath the lower lash line, Innocent as the base color, and Pure (a universal) as the inner V highlight pop. Using Iline to make Hooligan and Ubiquitous more of a gel rather than a mineral liner is a way to make your lines crisp and distinguished.

On her lips is Brave with Let’s Get This Party Started for a shine in the heart portion of her lips.

By balancing her blue greens with pinks, the look stays grounded and romantic, rather than overwhelming and ” 80’s BLUE” eyeshadow look.

If you want this look but don’t happen to be a Winter- check out these suggestions:

Summer:

Habitual as the Outer V color and lower lash line.

Cordial as the upper eye line liner.

Discrete as the base color.

Baffled if you can take some vividness in your lips and prefer lipgloss, Trouble if you need a more toned down pink lipstick.

Autumn:

Superstitious as the outer V color and liner.

Joyful as the base color.

Matter of Fact for a lipgloss option and Game on! if you prefer Lipstick.

Spring:

Extrovert as the upper eye liner.

Persuasive as an outer V color and under the lower lash line.

Fun Loving as the base color.

Amuse Me  if you can take some vividness in your lips, Lickable if you need a more toned down lip color and prefer lipgloss.
