Hello Everyone!

You may customize the buzz, by months. That way if you miss some of the buzz you may pull up by each month. We will also be adding catagories, if you are looking for specific help. For instance, this edition focuses on Spring eyes.

I have been playing with the Spring '08, FREE TO BE ME! palette, with our new aesthetics associate, Rachel Smith.

Rachel is great & fits in so well around the eb studio. Rachel will be assisting me with facial and waxing treatments. She has been shadowing me for the past few weeks...I am so excited to open Wednesdays, Fridays, & specific Saturdays to book Rachel.

I also grabbed Rachel and threw her into the "make-up chair"! She not only has great aesthetic talents, but beautiful eyes as well! - - - I just had to play!!!

As we enter this new phase of communication, I would like to take this opportunity to highlight some features we consider to be "fabo" about the eb mineral makeup line.

Some may know this and others may have forgotten but the benefits of mineral cosmetics over conventional makeup is quickly being noticed by women across the country.

Not all mineral cosmetics are created equally. The way minerals look on the skin is largely due to the size of the mineral particles and whether added fillers have been used.

eb minerals have been micronized or milled 4 times. This process makes the product fuse together and adhere to the skin for longer lasting coverage and color saturation. Micronized makeup offers a natural look while becoming a "skin care" cosmetic as well. The small mineral particles form a protective barrier on the skin's surface, while allwoing your skin to breathe...and you get the natural sun protection factor of 26.

Bacterial Content - Most conventional makeup brands have an expiration date, primarily due to the moisture content of the products. Many times foundations become out of date before all the product has been used. This waste money. Not so with mineral makeup. Pure minerals do not support bacterial growth...they are good to the last particle!

Southern Bells - ring out loud and strong! Mineral makeup is humidity proof. The staying power is incredible. And if you do sweat, cry or go swimming, you need only blot your face with a dry towel / cloth and be on your way. eb minerals will stay put all day long and carry you into the evening if your schedule runs tight.

Since the micronized mineral particles adhere to your skin, they will not clog pores or cause unslightly irratations.

Pure pigments. This is my passion...true color enhancement, not simply concealment. Don't get me wrong, concealment is part of the process, but makeup should first be about enhancement. Color being our greatest enhancement, is naturally found with the eb mineral pigments.

Remember the 80's makeup and fashion trends: shoulder pads, leg warmers and neon colors? Blue eye shadow was big, and strong cheek contouring. Well fashion divas are turning to the 80's again, with one major exception: tone it down, but keep the techniques. For instance, multiple eye shades and accents are a must. Our Spring collection has eleven eye shades. Don't be affraid to play with pops of color, no matter what your age is.

Stay tuned for more Spring Tips in my next buzz!!

Happy Spring - - - - darin
